Why Steeple exists
Churches don’t lose people on purpose. They lose them in the paperwork.
A hand goes up — on a card, a website form, a tap from the seat — and then it enters the pile. Steeple exists so that never happens: every hand-raise lands on one profile instead of five places.
What we believe
Three convictions, built into everything.
01
Follow-up is ministry.
The call that comes on Tuesday is the ministry. Software's only job is to make sure it happens — the typing, sorting, and syncing should disappear.
02
One person, one profile.
A visitor isn't a form entry, a giving record, and a prayer request in three tools. Everything someone conveys to your church belongs in one place — updated once, right everywhere.
03
Work with what churches have.
Paper cards, existing giving tools, Planning Center — we don't ask churches to throw anything away. Steeple meets the church where it already is, then connects it.
Show, don't tell
We'd rather demo than pitch.
Everything on this site is claimable in the live demo — scan a real card, watch it land in a real queue, in your browser, before you ever talk to us. Steeple is priced against 20–40 staff hours a month; the demo is how you check that against your own Monday.

How we're building it
With founding churches, not focus groups.
Steeple is being built alongside the churches using it — the founding cohort gets a rate locked for life, a direct line to the person building it, and first say in what ships next. Early trust built this; the price ladder exists to reward it.
The first testimonial here belongs to a founding church. We’d rather this card wait a few weeks than fill it with praise nobody said.
One system. Every visitor remembered.
See it work in your browser, then try the whole system for 30 days.
