Founding cohort pricing
All three products. $199 a month.
Your website, the stickers in the seat, and Sunday’s cards — priced against 20–40 staff hours a month given back. Join at the founding rate and $199 is your price for as long as you stay.

How the price moves
The price only goes up. Yours never does.
We announce every step before it happens. Join in any cohort and that's your rate for as long as you're with us — early trust is what builds this, and it should be rewarded. Rates are monthly. Annual billing takes two months off whichever rate you lock — the rate itself never moves.

The math
Where the $199 comes from.
The hours it gives back: the website nobody has to update, the taps nobody has to transcribe, the cards nobody has to type. The cards are the part we can count. Put your own volume in and check it.
The whole system, founding rate
$199 / mo
And the part we won’t put a number on: one family that didn’t slip through the cracks — who stayed, belonged, and gave — covers Steeple for as long as they’re with you. That’s not the math. That’s the point.
Connection Card alone · check it on your numbers
Connection Card · one of the threeOur church takes in connection cards a month, and typing one into Planning Center by hand takes about minutes.
Typing alone gives back, every year
About 11 working days a year — roughly 8 hours every month, on cards alone.
We count the cards exactly. The minutes are our estimate of typing one card by hand — if yours run faster or slower, set them and the number follows. This is the Connection Card’s share only — the 20–40 hours is the whole system: the website nobody has to update, the taps nobody has to transcribe, and the sorting and chasing that go with all of it.
Questions churches actually ask.
Do I need all three?
No. Each one works on its own. Bought together they share one profile per person, so someone who fills in a card, taps a sticker and signs up online is one record instead of three.
What does "locked for life" actually mean?
Your rate never goes up while you're a customer — through every price increase, every new feature. No contract required to keep it; it's ours to honor, not yours to defend.
How does annual billing work?
Two months free. The founding rate is $199/mo; billed annually that's $1,990, which works out at $166/mo. Annual changes how you pay, never your rate: the lock is on $199, and it's yours either way.
What counts as a location?
A campus with its own services and follow-up team. The first is included; each additional is $49/mo, and taps and cards file to the right one automatically. Your online location is included on every plan and is not counted.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You pick a plan or you don't. If you don't, nothing is deleted — your data stays there and readable, and the engine stops. Turn it back on and it picks up where it left off.
Do I need Planning Center?
No. Your website and your tap-and-QR hub never touch it — they work on any stack, or none at all. Planning Center is the ChMS Connection Card syncs with today, and that sync is a feature you switch on, not a requirement to be here.
What if we don't use Planning Center?
You still get the whole loop — capture, one profile, follow-up — with Steeple as the system of record. Planning Center sync is there when you want it.
Can we start with one product and add later?
Yes. Add one later and it joins what you already have — the same people, the same records, nothing to migrate.
Thirty days. Everything on. Then decide.
